We keep your details to ourselves. This page explains what we collect when you get in touch, how we use it, and what your rights are under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Straightline Contracting is a Northland-based lawn care and property maintenance business. For the purposes of this policy, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Straightline Contracting.
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect only what's needed to quote and do the work:
We don't use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or marketing pixels on this site. The only cookies the site sets are essential ones required to make it work.
Your details are used to:
That's it. We don't send marketing emails. We don't sell or share your details with anyone. If you ask for a quote and decide not to go ahead, that's completely fine — we'll keep your details only long enough to confirm you're not proceeding, then delete them.
We don't share your personal details with third parties. The only exception would be if we were legally required to (for example, in response to a lawful request from a government agency), or if you've given us explicit permission — for example, if an insurance company is handling a storm clean-up claim and has asked us to correspond with them directly.
Your contact details and job notes are stored on the owner's phone and work device, and on paper quotes or invoices. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure. If you'd like us to delete your details at any time, just ask.
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, and to have it deleted. To make any of these requests, call us on 021 0294 9216.
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page. Because we keep things simple, we don't expect that to happen often.
